Making changes and adjustments, breaking routines and patterns are not always very easy but thanks to our super developed frontal lobe (frontal part of our brain) we are the only ones in the animal kingdom able to do so. We are able to rationalize, reason, make choices and store an incredible number of memories.
Do you have what it takes to change your life? Certainly you do, otherwise you wouldn’t have landed here. There is no such thing as chance. You know why? Because the first step to change is desire. This is the fuel which will take the immaterial realm to the material. The beginning of all changes and achievements in our lives start with our desire.
Our desire will keep us going and fighting to get where we want to be.
Knowledge is the second step, not the most important, as Einstein said: “Imagination is more important than knowledge”. Knowledge will take us faster from point A to point B. It is the leverage to shorten the distance that is separating us from where and what we want to be. The third step is action, action, and more action.
